Little Baby Dino Card

Welcome - today I have a BABY card - these are a rarity in my card making since not many people I know are popping out little ones! This card is for a co-worker and I'm submitting it into The Card Concept's Challenge #13 - Oh Baby!

Here is my card:

This card is what I'd consider having the Clean and Layering style.

Since I don't have really any baby-themed images, I went with a cute dino since this is for a baby boy. Loved how it turned out!

Thanks for stopping by!

Sparkly Stuff holiday card

Time for another Merry Monday!!! This week is Challenge #114 - Sparkle, Shimmer or Shine.

Christmas cards are all about sparkle and my card is full of it - down to the sentiment!

I adore this sentiment and couldn't wait to use it! The pattern papers were sprayed with Calico Shine mist. The snowflake is coated with Clear Rock Candy Distress Stickles dry glitter. The card base and silver star are cut from PTI's shimmer card stock.

Here are some up close detail shots:

And the inside of the card:

You are Amazing Thank You card

My card today is a one-layer wonder that I am submitting to 3 different challenges! (which may be a first for me.)

First up, Avery Elle's AEIHeartUChallenge - Challenge #9 - DIY Designer Paper. I adore Avery Elle's stamps but I only have 1 set (gasp!), although the latest Balloon stamp set will be mine soon!!!

Next up, my card incorporates the colors from the flowers in the current Fusion Challenge.

And lastly, my card is fits into the One-Layer Card Simplicity Challenge - #6 - I've Been Framed.

Combining all these challenges created a pretty cute thank you card if I do say so myself!  Here it is:

Merry Yeti!!!

It's Merry Monday time!!! This week it's Challenge #112 - Santa Hats.

I was late posting my card to the previous Merry Monday challenge (use aqua and white) so I added a santa hat to make it into this one! I think that was the finishing touch it needed!

I love this little Yeti - he fulfills my Bumble dreams! I colored his tummy and face in with color pencils.

Thanks for visiting!

World's Greatest Dad!

Father's Day is fast approaching and I have another card to show off. I used the cluster stamping technique that was a PTI Make it Monday a while back (found here). This is a fun and easy technique for a one layer card.

I am submitting this card in 2 challenges - the Wednesday challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Blog (Father/Masculine is the theme) and Cuttin and Stampin's Weekly Challenge 14-22 (Father's Day).

Here's my card:
