PTI May Blog Hop Challenge

Here is my entry for PTI's monthly blog hop.  I needed to make a get well card for a co-worker and ended up using this color scheme.

Here is what I came up with (I replaced Hibiscus Burst with Berry Sorbet):

Ingredients: PTI Flower Fusion 10, 12, Mega Gracious Vases, Simple Sentiments, Faux Ribbon; vase uses the new shimmer card stock ; Paper Smooches Loopy Leaf

Moxie Fab Gift Card Holder Challenge

I'm participating in another Moxie Fab challenge - for a gift card holder. Making something on a smaller scale is always a challenge to me and I tried several different looks before settling on this one:

I just got the die for a scalloped treat box from My Favorite Things and wanted to use it for this challenge. It is the cutest little box! I will probably use this to give my son a gift card so I kept it simple.

I tried the "velveteen" technique but it didn't show up too well - it may have been my white ink was not up to par. Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there! These cards are taking part in PTI's May Color Play Challenge.
