Leafy Wreath Thanksgiving Card

I have one more Thanksgiving card to submit to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Thanks/Thanksgiving Challenge.

I used my new PTI circle scribbles die (the largest one) to create a wreath base and then layered leaves and acorns on top.  Here's a detail pic:

Today I have a cute squirrel card to submit to 2 challenges -- the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Thanks/Thanksgiving and the AAA Cards: A Game of THANKSgivings challenge.

The squirrel image is die cut in the popped up panel of pattern paper and then I stamped him on the card base.

Thanksgiving card for Card Concept Challenge

Time for the Card Concept: Challenge #22 - Thank "fall". Love the current challenge! My card was inspired by the colors and the variety of fall objects.

My card falls more in the Freestyle Collage style.

My card is inspired by this card. I love the panel/subway text stamp and am always looking for inspiration.

I originally planned on having 3 panels of the text across the card, but my measurements were off so I only was able to fit 2 panels, so I put the tree in so it wouldn't be off balance.

Here is a detail shot. The "leaves" of the tree were created with a blending tool and distress inks.

PTI MIM #187 - Tag #1

I love this week's Make it Monday #187: Partial Die Cuts for the Holidays. I ended up making 3 tags - each being posted separately.
I broke out my new PTI goodies and even used some leftover scraps to make my tags - I love when I use scraps/leftovers from previous creations.

The tree die cut is covered with Distress Stickles dry glitter.

This tag could even be repurposed as a tree ornament!

Christmas cards for MIM & Caring Hearts Card Drive

I love this week's Make it Monday! PTI's Make it Monday #186 is Partial Die Stamping by Laurie. This is a fun technique and I used it to make 2 cards that I will be submitting to the 5th Annual Caring Hearts Card Drive. This is a great cause and I encourage everyone to participate! I didn't get a chance to do it last year but this year I will be submitting about 8 cards.
