Merry Ornament card
Christmas is almost here! I have one last card to share and I am submitting it to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Winter Inspiration.
This card is actually one of my favorites I made this year!
For my little winter scene, I treated the inside of the ornament like a snow globe. The "snow" is stenciled with ink. Here's a detail pic:
Thanks for visiting and MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HANUKKAH, HAPPY BOXING DAY, HAPPY KWANZA AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Sequined Tree Tag for 12 Tags of Christmas
My tag today is for Day 6 of Ellen Hutson's 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Twist.
For Day 6, Jean Manis shows us a tag inspired by a holiday image from a children's books - in this case a tree. What a cool place to find inspiration!
Here is my tag inspired by her adorable winter scene tag:
I only have gold sequins so I toned down the color palate to more earthy tones. I love the night sky idea and stamped snowflakes on my tag in silver. For the tree trunk I dabbed on some Distress stickles.
Thanks for visiting!
Ingredients: PTI Tag Sale Die #5, Merry & Bright (tree die), In the Meadow stamps (snowflakes) and dies (Snow Drifts), Text Style pattern paper-Holiday Flourishes & Swirls; Basic Grey misc pattern paper (tree); misc sequins

Layered Stenciled Tree Gift Tag for 12 Tags of Christmas
It's Day 2 of Ellen Hutson's 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Twist.
Day 2 is brought to us by Jennifer McGuire! She shows us a layered stenciling technique with a really awesome deer stencil. Here is the tag I made inspired by her technique:
I don't have any stencils of images, so I made one using my tree die and some transparency leftover from my stamp packaging. I then used my chevron stencil over top to create a design on the tree. I used a non-traditional tag base to accommodate the size of the tree - it's made from a banner die!
Thanks for visiting!
Ingredients: PTI In the Meadow, Signature Christmas; MFT Jumbo Fishtail Banner Stax; Heidi Swapp Chevron stencil; misc gems; ribbon (Michaels)

Holiday Treat Bags
I love making little treat bags for my co-workers for the holidays. Just a little something to spread some holiday spirit and show my appreciation for their help throughout the year.
Here is a sampling of the bags I made this year:
I knew I wanted to create a window and originally chose a snowman die BUT his arms stretched out the the sides too far so I nixed that and went with this super cute tree die from Reverse Confetti. I put transparency on the inside behind the die cut and then glued the tree branch to the front.
Here is a shot of what's inside:
I also made a little tag to go along with the bag - I put "from Liz" on the back. Bags are tied with some chenille stems I've had forever!
I am submitting my little treat bags to this weeks' Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Christmas/Holidays.
Thanks for visiting!

Water color Christmas tag for 12 Tags of Christmas…..
It's time for Ellen Hutson's annual 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Twist!
For Day 1 - the fab Julie Ebersole treated us to an ombre water colored tag with a die cut wreath. Here is my tag inspired by her creation:
Since my wreath was too big for my tag dies, I used Reverse Confetti Sweet Treat Tent die and cut off the top tab, trimmed the bottom flap and rounded the bottom corners to match the top. I've seen this die cut used for a tag before and I loved the idea!
Thanks for visiting!

Snowy Joy Christmas card
Time for another Christmas card! For this card I broke out my new Reverse Confetti dies - I am in love with these!!!! My card is being submitted to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Christmas/Holidays.
I went for sparkle and shine in this card!
Here's a detail shot:
And here's the inside - I recycled the negative left from the frame on the front:
Photo isn't that great because of the shine from the card stock, but you get the idea. Since I can't write where the sentiment is, I adhered a piece of pattern paper to the top inside of the card to write on.
Thanks for visiting!
Ingredients: Reverse Confetti Branch Out, Let it Snow; MFT Joy Photo Frame, Grand Holiday Greetings; misc foil card stock (Michaels); Doodlebug pattern papers

It's a "Bumble" Christmas!
I've been wrapping up my Christmas cards and today's card is being submitted to the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Holiday Cards.

Here is a close up of my Bumble:
And here is the inside of the card featuring a sentiment stamp from Purple Onion I got ages ago:
