Another Day 1 card for OCC Stretch Your Stamps 2 and for ME & Me!

I made another card featuring the Multi Layer Emboss Resist technique that Kristina showed us in class. The water colored panel didn't come out as clean as hers but I'm ok with it. My embossing seemed a little off too-maybe because of the design. I am also submitting this in the current Mama Elephant & Me August Challenge - Watercoloring + Birthdays.

I bought some real water colors yesterday - they are Lukas Aquarell Studio - a travel size palette with 12 cubes of color (they are so cute!). I watercolored the panel and the balloons.
